I have been wanting to come here for awhile, but my partner was not wanting to go for some reason. I finally decided we were going when it was my pick for date night. And I'm so glad I did! I was craving a dippable sandwich, and Karver has a Tri tip sandwich. I ordered that and my partner got something cold with deli meats... I can't remember. It was so, so good! The au jus was so tasty and a perfect addition to my sandwich. It as full of flavor. It was heavy but not too much. My partners sandwich was super good too. I'd totally get either one again. I'll be back to try the bahn mi!

If there were more than five stars I could add to the the galaxy of stars this place has already been given, I'd do it! The sophisticated rugged vibe staffed by equally handsome rugged capable men just set the whole package! The decor, music, food presentation and unique (plus standard) beverage choices (including RC ROOTBEER!!) just made us want to stay well after we finished our food! Speaking of food; just the design of the menu and creative names given to sandwiches and salads invited us right in to the dilemma of not being able to decide!!! That, of course means we'll be back to try other items! The owners are righteous guys who are clearly proud of what they've created and made us gals feel like our being there was the most important thing at the moment. And if it wasn't already a perfect lunch experience, we were treated to a warm gooey cookie just cuz they liked us so much. Ten stars guys, great job.!

Is it weird to call a lunch stop a religious experience? No? Ok good - because that is how I would categorize the amazing sandwiches I just enjoyed at Karver with my mom and sister. We got the Royale, the Reuben, and the Melter Skelter, and then shared a cup of chicken tortilla soup. The toasted bread was crispy but still soft, like it's not gonna tear up the roof of your mouth. And the horseradish goat cheese was SO good, just enough of a mix to take the sting away from the horseradish. The other sandwiches were amazing too - we all shared bites. Wish I had taken pics! Aside from that, the kind of industrial farm decor, and super friendly staff was just the icing on the cake. We sang our praises to the owner, who then brought us out a complimentary ooey gooey and DELICIOUS homemade cookie. I was just visiting the area but will definitely go out of my way to come back here again!

One of or the BEST turkey sandwich I've had. It was huge too. The thing I liked must about the sandwich was the amount and quality of the turkey that was in it. It didn't taste over processed or too salty. It was really good. And it was fairly priced with nice staff. What else can you ask for?!?

Loved, loved these sandwiches!! We had the French Dip and the Cuban, both outstanding!. Both sandwiches were full of filling, the bread was perfect for the amount of filling it had to hold. The selection was really extensive for this small a venue, but apparently they do a lot of catering. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, one of them walked me through their IPA selection which was helpful. It takes about 15 minutes to make your sandwich which is nice because you know ow everything is fresh. Will be returning to this place soon.

Menu is on the column so don't be silly like me and ask where it is. A couple tables outside and inside is mostly tables (close proximity with each other) and some bar tops. Melter Skelter takes 15min to make so account for that. Warm, cheesy, and hit the spot for comfort food. Bahn Mi was savory, warm, with just the right amount of spicy! The sandwich is not a traditional bahn mi sandwich, so bread is western baguette style. Might be my favorite sando here.

Been trying to stop by and try this spot for a year and finally made it in.....Sooooo yummy deliciousness!!! So happy this spot was not overhyped and left me disappointed!!! Definitely one my my new favorite hot sandwich spots!! Owner and staff super personable and accommodating!!! Please please support this small but impactful Sandwich shop!! Slow cooked and thinly sliced Trị Tip beef dip Sando was redunkulous and the Pastrami was out of bounds!!! Only my first visit but definitely not my last!!

We were out South doing errands, when we spotted this restaurant on search. We had our orders to go, and had a little picnic in our car, over-looking the Beaverton City Park. My husband said about: "I don't know how they did it, but I would say the Pastrami Rueben sandwich was the best Rueben that I have ever had. And that is really saying something because I'm really old and I love Ruebens and have been ordering them all my life!" He ate the whole thing! This is what I said about: Tuna Nicoise sandwich: "OMG it was good! I think it was actually better than the Reuben. This is only sandwich shop where I would make a special trip just to eat here!" This as usual, wrapped the other half, to have for another meal. ONE Negative: Our hands were dirty, and we needed to use the restroom, since I mentioned, we've been doing errands in this part of town, and stopped here for a break. We have to use a key, to go to another building (next door), to use the public restroom. And open four more doors, to get in there/out of there. Meaning: our clean hands, once again, dirty! I was grossed out! Haven't we learned from COVID? Yes, we're lucky to be getting out, and we're not completely out of that, but I'm more germaphobic than ever!
